I was invited by Port Moody City Council to appear as a delegation on March 25th to discuss housing legislation, and the way that Port Moody builds out its community. We had a really engaging discussion where I tried to clarify many aspects of our provincial housing legislation, and provided the following presentation slides. For the benefit of the community, I am sharing these so that we can all be on the same page about housing.
